She then completed a pediatric residency and served as chief resident and clinical instructor at the University of Rochester, followed by a dermatology residency at Duke University. She is currently a clinical instructor in dermatology and pediatrics at the University of Rochester.

Outside of work, Dr. Psaila enjoys spending time with her family.
