With 6+ years of experience in general and cosmetic dermatology , Kendra is an expert in the evaluation and treatment of many skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, acne scars, mole removal and hair loss. She uses treatment modalities such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, microneedling, LED light therapy, intralesional injections, biopsies, chemical peels and lasers to achieve the best results for her patients’ skin. She also has a special interest in conditions that commonly affect skin of color such as keloids, skin discoloration, and ingrown hairs.

Kendra enjoys engaging her patients in their care, answering their questions, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. She speaks on dermatological conditions and has been featured in Vogue magazine discussing the inclusivity of skin of color in the skincare industry and advocating for the importance of sunscreen usage for melanoma awareness with Accuweather. She believes that cultural awareness and sensitivity plays a significant role in prevention and treatment of skin diseases.

Kendra is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) where she is a Diplomate Fellow, the Skin of Color Society (SOCS) where she is a part of their national and international committee, and the Caribbean Dermatology Association (CDA).

Kendra earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from State University of New York at Albany before completing her Physician Assistant training at Stony Brook University.
