What to Expect During Your Fraxel Treatment for Acne Scars

When you arrive for your appointment, one of our trained skincare professionals will apply a numbing cream to your skin, which will remain on for about one hour. Once your skin is numb, the cream is removed and your Fraxel laser treatment will begin. During the treatment, which takes about 30 minutes, you will feel a warm pressure on the skin. Thanks to the numbing cream, your discomfort level will be kept to a minimum. Prior to the treatment, your skin will be red (much like a bad sunburn) for about 2-3 days.
