She earned her Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and a master’s degree in biomedical science from Rutgers University. She then earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University, where she completed two rotations in dermatology.

Before embarking on her career as a physician assistant, Sarah worked as a formulation scientist in the cosmetic industry, where she specialized in developing innovative makeup, haircare and skincare products. This experience honed her expertise in key industry ingredients and deepened her appreciation for the science of skin health and beauty.
